Our online software-as-a-service platform, including all infrastructure and the Recast application, are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Interactive Information Collection

Recast collects contact information on our Site and Services; contact information typically includes your name, email address, company, phone number, and any information you provide in messages and forms to us.

Information may be collected at various points during your engagement with Recast, including:

When you communicate with Recast: when you request information from Recast about our services, sign up for our newsletter, request technical support, etc.
When you sign up for a subscription to Recast: you may provide payment information (e.g. accounting contact names, billing addresses). Recast uses third party payment providers to process payments for Services and does not directly store any payment information on the Services.
When you apply for a role at Recast: when applying for a job opening at Recast, we leverage a third party Applicant Tracking System (”ATS”) to collect relevant information to your application (e.g. resume, LinkedIn profile, contact information).
In regular sales activities: from time to time, Recast attends conferences or trade events, during which contact information may be shared between individuals

Recast tracks certain user data when visiting the Recast Site or Services, which may include Internet Protocol (IP) address, cookies, pages visited, clicked links, and other information on how you use the Website or Services.
